A collection of eight vintage sterling silver bread and butter plates by the M. Fred Hirsch Company, active from 1920 until 1945 in Jersey City, New Jersey, and Ariston Silversmith Corp., active during the 1930s in New York City. The plates feature round designs with six-inch diameters and reeded rims. These pieces are hallmarked to their undersides and have a total approximate weight of 16.920 ozt.
