This collection features three leather bound books with raised bands to the spine, gilt lettering and ornamentation to the front and spine, and gilt page edges. The books were published by the Easton Press of Norwalk, Connecticut and the titles include Heart of Darkness by Joseph Conrad (1980), Two Plays for Puritans by George Bernard Shaw (1979), On the Origin of Species by Charles Darwin (1976).
