A hand-knotted Persian inspired wool room sized rug by Stickley Designer Rugs. This rug is rendered in a palette of cranberry, sapphire, gold, ivory, celedon, sky blue, and mocha. the cranberry colored field features an allover design of palmettes, purling flowering and leafy vine-work, along with cloud band forms. Framing the field is a main sapphire grounded stylized herati border, along with four floral guard borders. Finishing this rug are overcast selvedges and a cotton warp fringe to the ends. It is labeled ‘Stickley Designer Rugs’.
