Item Details
A mid 20th century oil painting on canvas. The work depicts a coastal scene comprised of a flock of seagulls overflying a luminous ocean. The piece is illegibly signed to the lower right, appearing to read ‘H.F. Wipgaard’. The composition is presented in a wood and gesso frame with a gilt finish.

- finish and gesso loss, dents and dirt residue throughout the frame; minor warping to corners of canvas; minor toning and minor discoloration throughout the composition.
