A pair of pressed paper and flower compositions on paper by listed Cincinnati artist Ruth Rolfsen (1928 – 2018). This set features minimalist pressed flower compositions. They are both unsigned.

Ruth Rolfsen was born in Cincinnati, Ohio and is known for her diverse printmaking skills. She graduated from the Art Academy of Cincinnati and produced a prolific collection of intaglios, serigraphs, cast paper sculptures, mixed media drawings, and lithographs throughout her life. Rolfsen’s work has been exhibited at the WCET Art Gallery and is privately collected.
