Towle "Candlelight" Sterling Silver Flatware Collection with Chest

A collection of vintage sterling silver flatware in the Candlelight pattern by Towle Silversmiths; designed by Harold E. Nock and produced between 1934 and 2009. The collection includes twelve dinner forks, twelve salad forks, twelve teaspoons, twelve dinner knives, eight butter spreaders, one cocktail fork, one bon bon spoon, one sugar spoon, one jelly server, one meat serving fork, two pie servers, seven soup spoons, and one gravy ladle. These pieces, excluding the hollow handled knives and pie servers, have a total approximate weight of 63.855 ozt and are presented with one silver plate iced tea spoon by 1881 Rogers Bros. in a wooden silverware chest with brown silver cloth lining by Towle.
