Antique French Figural Clock
Item Details
A spelter figural clock in the manner of Hippolyte François Moreau. The item is titled Couronnement de L’amour, translating to Coronation of Love. The clock has a porcelain dial with black Arabic numbers and gold tone serpentine hands with a pink laurel wreath accent on the dial. The base is a pink and brown stone and the clock is set on peg feet. The clock has an eight day time and strike movement with a brass pendulum.
