Antique Industrial Cabinet Drawers with Cast Iron Handles

Item Details

A group of seventy-two antique industrial cabinet drawers with cast iron handles, late 19th to early 20th century. The drawers feature hardwood fronts, including walnut, which are painted with black bands along the tops and stenciled with white, five-digit numbers. They are fitted with scrolled-foliate, cast iron handles and the fronts are dovetailed to deep linings with rounded interiors, probably for cylindrical, machine dies.
