A hand-knotted Persian Tabriz room-size rug. This rug features a central diamond-shaped medallion with pendants and floral spandrels in a palette of azure, forest green, turquoise, pale pink, olive, ivory, beige, and dusty pink. It has a main border of meandering palmettes with vines, flanked by meandering flower secondary borders. The rug ends in natural warp fringe and is marked with a label.
