Item Details
A collection of Southwestern style pottery vessels. The collection includes two sand finished earthenware vessels with traditional tribal motifs in a warm earthy palette of yellow ochre, tan, blue, and green. One vessel is signed ‘J Smith 80’ to the underside of the base. Also included is a large stoneware pitcher and a textured stoneware planter bowl in a complementary design. Each is decorated with a tribal motif of traditional geometrics in a palette of black, amber, and brown on a creamy white background. The planter is signed to the underside ‘N/ Lansing / Ute’ by the artist.
