A pairing of two Limoges trinket boxes. A recipe book with the title Recettes de Cuisine and a handleless picnic basket are marked to the underside ‘Peint main, Limoges, France’. The recipe book features an attached spoon to the lid, a gold-toned fork-shaped metal clasp, the interior marked ‘Bon Appétit’ and the initials ‘GR’ to the verso. The picnic basket features a ribbon-shaped clasp, a pear to the interior and marked ‘Rochard’ to the underside.
