A hand-knotted Persian Hamadan runner. This wool runner features a palette of cobalt, rust, persimmon, aqua, taupe and cream. It has an overall geometric floral motif field populated with connecting vines, palmettes, and leaf shapes. The runner has a complex border featuring meandering and floral motifs. It has overcast selvedges and natural warp fringe to either end. The rug is unmarked.
