Civil War And WWI Military Uniform Buttons
Item Details
A group of military brass uniform buttons to include 5 Civil War Union U.S. officer’s coat buttons marked ‘Extra Quality’ to the back, four large WWI Army buttons by Art Metal Works of Newark, New Jersey, three ‘UCV’ buttons and one ‘CSA’ button. There is a Civil War era South Carolina pin (missing the pin to the back) which features an embossed palmetto tree with initials ‘SC’ flanking the trunk which has a snake entwined around it.
