Gorham "Versailles" Sterling Silver Flatware Set

A set of vintage sterling silver flatware in the multi-motif Versailles pattern by Gorham; designed by F. Antoine Heller and originally released in 1888. The set includes twelve lunch forks, seven salad forks, twelve teaspoons, twelve soup spoons, three tablespoons, one berry spoon, one gravy ladle, one serving fork, twelve butter spreaders, a three-piece hollow handled carving set, and twelve hollow handled lunch knives with stainless steel blades. Each piece features a scrolled foliate motif handle with embossed Classical style figures. These pieces are hallmarked to their undersides and have a total approximate weight of 89.480 ozt, excluding the hollow handled utensils.
