An oil on canvas board still life signed ‘Hammerschmidt’. This painting depicts a table covered with a cloth on which several pieces of fruit, a pitcher, and teapot are displayed. The piece is rendered in shades of green, yellow and blue-grey and is signed and dated ‘Mar ’37 Hammerschmidt’ to the left corner. It is presented in a moss green wood frame with hanging wire on verso.
