A framed needlepoint wall-hanging titled Vowlentine by Cincinnati artist Richard Gegner after well-listed Geometric Minimalist wildlife artist Charley Harper (Cincinnati, 1922 – 2007), signed by both. The piece depicts a family of owls looking out of a heart-shaped hole in a wall. It is signed by Gegner to the verso, and by Harper to the lower center. It is double-matted in black and beige and is presented behind glass in a black composite frame with a hanging wire.
