A framed needlepoint wall-hanging titled Barred Owl by Cincinnati artist Richard Gegner after well-listed Geometric Minimalist wildlife artist Charley Harper (Cincinnati, 1922 – 2007), and signed by both. This piece depicts a small gray owl set against a white background. It is signed by Gegner to the verso, and by Harper to the lower center. This piece is triple-matted in shades of gray and black and presented behind glass in a composite frame with faux wood finish and a hanging wire.
