A framed needlepoint wall-hanging titled Trumpeter Swan by Cincinnati artist Richard Gegner after well-listed Geometric Minimalist wildlife artist Charley Harper (Cincinnati, 1922 – 2007), and signed by both. This textile depicts a swan cleaning itself on a flat sandbar. It is signed by Gegner to the verso, and by Harper to the lower center. This piece is triple-matted in shades of gray and black and presented behind glass in a composite frame with black and silver tone finishes and a hanging wire.
