Item Details
A vintage hand-knotted Persian Bakhshayesh Heriz rug. This rug features a sinopia-red field containing sage-green, moss green, cerulean, and dusty rose abstract patterning in a mirrored arrangement. The rug has a central medallion showing similar abstract patterning as well as four corner spandrels in coordinating colors. The center field is bound on four sides by an unresolved principle border containing stylized floral patterning emplying the center field’s color palette. The rug is finished with a single-wrapped selvage to both sides and a natural warp fringe to both ends.
