A collection of antique commemorative medals, pins, badges, buttons, and tokens, largely relating to 19th and early 20th century veteran associations. Included is a National Association of Veterans – Mexican War shield-form medal inscribed on reverse to William G. Crockett (Second Regiment, Tennessee Volunteer Infantry); 1882 Mexican War Veteran’s 10th reunion ribbon badge; 1882 G.A.R. 16th National Encampment badge; 1904 (Nashville, TN) Confederate Veterans Reunion copper-alloy badge, celluloid button, and token; 1903 (New Orleans, La) Confederate Veterans Reunion stick-pin badge and veteran-bar souvenir badge; 1902, 1897, 1900 Confederate Veterans Reunion souvenir badges; early 20th century ‘Daughters of The Confederacy’ Southern Cross of Honor medal; 1897 Tennessee Centennial and International Exposition souvenir badge; 1901 Nashville Horse Show and antique ‘My America’ pin-back buttons; Improved Order of Red Men – Osceola ribbon badge with detached celluloid button depicting a Native American subject; United Confederate Veterans – Bivouac No. 5 ribbon badge; violet-color ribbon badge with monogram device to center; (2) brass uniform buttons; 1897 Tennessee Centennial Exposition souvenir pin-back button; High Admiral Cigarettes ‘Yellow Kid’ promotional button; (3) Federal Eagle patterned horse bridle buckle rosettes. The collection is accompanied by a yellow decoupage tray.

- some of the buttons and medals have separated from the ribbons, some rust on the medals and some yellowing on the button pins.
