An original 2018 abstract oil painting on canvas titled Divided by Cincinnati-based contemporary artist Sarah Brown. The abstract painting depicts fields of pale blue divided horizontally by a stripe of navy, all painted in textured strokes. The painting is signed and dated to the verso, and is presented without framing, equipped to hang.

Brown studied Fine Arts and Art History at the University of Hartford and Hartford Art School. She continued her studies with several nationally and internationally recognized artists while establishing her own mode of Abstract Impressionism. Sarah is now a resident of Cincinnati and finds the city a great inspiration. She currently works from her studio at the Pendleton Art Center.
