A group of two antique ladderback armchairs with a double-chair back wagon seat, 19th century. The first armchair is a youth example with two back slats, cylindrical finials, a rush seat, and spindled, double-box stretchers. The second, taller armchair has three slats, carved finials, a splint seat, and spindled stretchers. Also included is a wagon seat with a two-chair back, a splint seat, and spindled stretchers.

- to fair; all three chairs have been refinished; youth’s armchair with a damaged, top slat and a few cracks to lower slat; some minor/expected shrinkage cracks to legs; taller armchair is a bit wobbly with expected surface wear and marks; some minor/former worm marks; wagon seat with a few broken splints along front of seat platform; other expected/minor surface wear and small white marks.
