A hand-knotted Chinese carved round wool area rug. This rug is rendered in a palette of camel, apricot, mauve, burnt orange, rust, celedon, silver and pine. The camel colored field begins with a sculpted central medallion designed with longevity symbols and floral motifs, enclosed by partial coordinating medallions, and floral sprays. Framing the field is an apricot grounded main fret and flower patterned border. Finishing this rug is a cotton warp and weft fringe to the edge. It is unlabeled.
