A Russian industrial hanging cage light, circa late 1960s. The light features a single light socket and wire cage over the bulb, painted in a teal blue tone. The item is stamped with Cyrillic instruction to disconnect before opening (Открывать Отключив От Сети). It bears the Quality Standard mark of the USSR, State Attestation Commission (Gosudarstvennaya Atestatsionnaya Komissiya).
