A handwoven Moroccan pillow cover. This bright, shaggy pillow cover is made from pieces of what once were rugs. The top is made from Berber Boucherouite cotton rag rugs while the sides are made from pieces of plain woven striped rag rugs. The back is made of striped flatweave wool fabric. The piece has zipper closures and no visible maker’s marks. The item is temporarily filled for photography purposes and is sold empty.
