A hand-knotted Persian Hamadan wool carpet runner. This rug features an overall herati design in a palette of sapphire, tangerine, rose, navy, and cream on a crimson field. It is framed with a compound border featuring serabend and boteh motifs. The rug is completed with hand overcast selvedges and natural cotton warp fringe to opposite ends. It is unlabeled.
