A hand-knotted Indo-Persian Bijar wool accent rug. This rug is rendered in a palette of crimson, midnight blue, ivory, powder blue, camel, rose, and indigo. The field begins with a crimson lozenge with a midnight blue ground, while featuring a hooked pendant medallion, and an allover herati design throughout. Framing the field is a main stylized herati border, and sawtooth guard borders. Finishing this rug are overcast selvedges and a wool warp fringe to the ends. It is unlabeled.
