A hand-knotted Persian serabend Sarouk wool area rug. This rug is rendered in an abrash palette of scarlet, sapphire, ivory, sky blue, sage, and gold. The scarlet hued field features an allover lattice design of boteh motifs, while framed in a main ivory grounded serabend border, and meandering guard borders. Finishing this rug are overcast selvedges and a wool warp fringe to the ends. It is unlabeled.
