A hand-knotted Persian serabend Sarouk wool area rug. This rug is rendered in an abrash palette of crimson, ivory, sapphire, cobalt, and wheat. The crimson hued field features an allover lattice design of boteh motifs, while framed in a main ivory grounded serabend border, along with a laleh abbasi, and sawtooth guard borders. Finishing this rug are overcast selvedges and a cotton warp fringe to the ends. It is unlabeled.
