Antique Burl Wood Wall Clock
Item Details
A late 19th century antique burl wood wall clock. This clock features a mix wood case with inlaid bands accented to the sunburst shaped frame, as well as to the lower portion adorned with carved openwork foliate motifs, as well as side finials that cap scroll-like accents. There is also a small glass front door trimmed with fretwork that houses a brass toned pendulum. The metal clock face has a white finish, and it displays black Roman numerals, a chapter ring, two key arbors, and iron cross motifs to the silver toned hands, while housed behind a silver toned hinged glass door. This clock is unmarked.
