This slightly Folk Art style painting, which is rendered with gold leaf and paint, depicts the aforementioned bearded figure posed clutching at a list, contained in an ornately patterned archway featuring foliate and cross motifs. The unsigned painting is presented in a dark wooden frame with a loop to the verso for hanging.
