Hand-Knotted Persian Heriz Wool Accent Rug
Item Details
A hand-knotted Persian Heriz wool accent rug. This rug is rendered in an abrash and variegated palette of scarlet, wine, ivory, peacock blue, sapphire, gold, sky blue, fern, walnut, and charcoal. The scarlet to wine hued field features four rectilinear medallions each infilled with a diamond form, while accompanied by an array of filler motifs. Framing the field is a main S patterned border grounded in sapphire, along with a chained guard border. Finishing this rug are overcast selvedges and a cotton warp fringe to the ends. It is unlabeled.
