Item Details
A hand-knotted Persian Qashqai wool area rug. This rug is rendered in a slight abrash palette of madder red, ivory, clementine, celedon, carnation, indigo, saffron, and wine. The madder red hued field features rows of rectilinear designed floral sprays, along with an array of filler motifs throughout, while framed in a comb patterned main border. Finishing the rug are overcast selvedges and a wool warp fringe to the ends. This rug is unlabeled.
