Item Details
A hand-knotted Persian Hamadan wool carpet runner. This rug is rendered in an abrash palette of cranberry, burnt orange, carnation, cobalt, camel, ivory, and apricot. The cranberry hued field features a rectilinear design comprised of floral sprays, palmettes, blooms, and medallions latticed throughout. Framing the field is a main floral border, as well as meandering guard borders. Finishing this rug are overcast selvedges and a cotton warp fringe to the ends. This rug is unlabeled.
