Item Details
A hand-knotted Persian Lamberan wool accent rug. This rug is rendered in an abrash palette of madder red, ivory, saffron, and slate. The madder red hued field features three medallions including square shaped and hooked hexagonal, along with an array of floral motifs. Framing the field is a main slate grounded S patterned border, as well as a minor checked border. Finishing this rug are overcast selvedges and a wool warp fringe to the ends.
