A collection of antique stoneware crocks with cobalt decoration including McCarthey & Bayless. This group of three features a McCarthey & Bayless stoneware butter churn with stenciled maker’s name, Louisville K, and leaf patterning in cobalt blue to the front. Also included is a tall stenciled crock and a crock with a hand-painted fern to the front.

Condition

- slight chips to the interior rims, chipping to bottom near the edge, firing flaws as surface spalls, lids missing from McCarthey & Bayless and cylindrical stenciled churn.
