A hand-knotted Sino-Persian wool area rug. This rug is rendered in a palette of teal, ivory, sage, rose, cranberry, powder blue, indigo, camel, fern, and aqua. The teal colored field features an ornate floral design throughout including roses, and curvilinear borders. The intricate floral motifs flow to the main border that features medallion forms and floral guard borders. Finishing this rug are overcast selvedges and a cotton warp fringe to the ends. It is unlabeled.
