A vintage sterling silver bride’s basket by the Whiting Manufacturing Company; active from 1866 until 1926 in New York, New York. The basket features an oblong scalloped design with pierced trim, a chased floral motif handle, and four scroll motif feet. It is hallmarked to its underside and additionally marked, ‘Sterling 847A’.
