A French Provincial style writing desk. This rectangular top desk with beaded trim and decorative fruit, floral, and leaf motif overhangs a central drawer with knob handle and decorative applied embellishments. The desk rises on cabriole legs with acanthus leaf carved knees. There are no visible maker’s marks.
