A sepia tone antique photograph of the Hasty Pudding Club from 1890. The Hasty Pudding Club was a social club at Harvard founded in 1795 and known for its elaborate theatricals. The group is posed wearing various costumes. They are holding a sign reading ‘Hasty Pudding Club Annual Spring Theatricals. Helen and Paris, The Dude, The Dunce, and the Daisy’. The photograph is presented in a carved wood and gilt frame with the date ‘1890’ carved into the lower rail.
