A vintage hand-knotted Aubusson-style wool and silk accented area rug. This rug is rendered in a palette of cream, powder blue, sage, rose, pale yellow, taupe, ivory, hunter, mauve, and cranberry. The cream colored field begins with a floral bouquet grounded in a powder blue medallion framed in leaves, while featuring bouquets, and leaves swirling throughout. Framing the field is a powder colored border with foliate themed edges, and sparse floral motifs. Finishing this rug are overcast selvedges and a cotton warp fringe to the ends. It is unlabeled.
