Vintage Chinese Coromandel Lacquered Buffet and Side Table

A vintage Chinese black coromandel lacquered buffet and side table. This set includes a buffet with rectangular top and raised side edges over two aligned drawers above two cabinet doors. The cabinet doors open to a full width shelf. This piece features a green painted ivy design throughout and a carved floral and bird motif. It terminates on brass cap feet joined by a scalloped apron. Marked ‘Made in China’ to the back. Also includes a rectangular top side table with three full width, stacked drawers rising on straight legs and terminating on hoof style feet. There are no visible maker’s marks.
