Item Details
A set of Chinese modern replica bianzhong or chime bells in a shadow box frame. The bells are cast with intricate designs throughout their surface and have a concave lower edge. They replicate the design of antique bells, typically produced in much larger sets. The set is presented with a tapestry backing and mat; under glass, in a black wooden frame. It is ready to hang with a bracket to the verso. There are no apparent maker’s marks.
