1950 Belgian Congo Travel Poster

Item Details

A poster that dates from 1950 (research revealed the date, the date is not printed on the poster) features an artist’s colorful rendition of what one could find traveling to Belgian Congo. Belgian Congo was a colony belonging to Belgian from 1908-1960, it is now called the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The artist is Van Noten, it was printed in Belgium.
