Indo-Persian Style Brass Oil Lamp

Item Details

An Indo-Persian style brass oil lamp. The lamp, which is styled after a genie lamp, features a rounded body, conical top lid, a curved spout and teardrop base. The lid is connected to the curled handle by a chain. The top of the piece is embellished with an intricate floral design. A maker’s mark was not visible.

Condition

- moderate amount of tarnish, scuffs, and scratches throughout, discoloration and residue present to underside.
