A pair of handwoven Turkish wool accent kilims. This pair offers a flatweave rug rendered in a slight abrash palette of madder red, ivory, wine, teal, and sepia. The madder red hued field features an allover design of stepped diamonds, while framed in a sepia and ivory colored sawtooth border. Finishing this rug are overcast selvedges and a wool warp fringe to the ends. The other rug is rendered in a palette of ivory, sepia, wine, teal, madder red, and goldenrod. The field features an allover ashik design in layers of colors, while framed in a serrated ivory and sepia colored border. Finishing this rug are overcast selvedges and a wool warp fringe to the ends. Both rugs are unlabeled.
