WWI Era Marchand Field Glasses and Opera Glasses with Bone and Mother of Pearl

A pair of WWI era Marchand Paris signal service field glasses and a pair of opera glasses with bone eyecups and mother of pearl inlay. The field glasses feature metal construction with green leather to the exterior. The objective lenses are marked ‘Marchand Paris’ and the piece is marked ‘Signal Glass’ near one of the ocular lenses. They are stored in a leather case. The collection also includes a pair of opera glasses featuring a metal housing with mother of pearl inlay to the handle and the body of the glasses.
