Eight Chippendale Style Dining Chairs

Item Details

A set of eight Chippendale style dining chairs. There are six side chairs and two arm chairs, all marked ‘Made in England’. Each chair is embellished with an arched and carved crest rail and a pierced back splat that is ornately carved with acanthus leaves and curvilinear elements. The frames are a mahogany finish with Asian influenced upholstery all rising up on Marlborough legs with an H-stretcher.
