Item Details
A vintage Indian dhurrie area rug. This handwoven wool rug is rendered in a palette of cranberry, rose, emerald, indigo, sky blue, gold, and ivory and with a sprawling array of flowers gathered into a handled vase. The ivory field is populated with multi-colored bouquets gathered at the stem with a bow, and framed with an undulating chain of rose petals. It is reinforced at the short ends with a strip of fabric. The rug is not labeled.
