A large Antique Dutch export sterling silver souvenir sailing ship spoon, circa 1900. The chased bowl with armorial heraldic shield surmounted by a marquess’ coronet and elaborately pierced handle with cherubs and a crown and sailing ship finial. The spoon is hallmarked with the key mark intruding the lion standard indicating the spoon was designated for export and an unascribed maker’s mark. The approximate weight is 4.745 ozt.
